Mr. Al Ghurair is Chairman of SHUAA Capital PSC and President of the Bur Juman Centre. He is a member of a widely respected and successful business family in Dubai and is CEO of the Al Ghurair Group.

Mr. Al Ansari is Chief Executive Officer of SHUAA Capital, the region's leading financial services institution. Additionally, Mr. Al Ansari is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dubai International Capital, the international investment arm of Dubai Holding. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Mr. Al Ansari is a board member of various companies including Dubai Holding, Sama Dubai and the Dubai International Financial Centre.

Mr. Al Qassim is the Chief Executive Officer of the Dubai Real Estate Corporation and Wasl Asset Management Group. Mr. Al Qassim's significant financial services experience was gained at National Bank of Dubai and covers both commercial and retail banking. Mr. Al Qassim is a board member of AMLAK Finance, the Dubai Mercantile Exchange and SHUAA Capital.

Mr. Kelly is the Finance Director of SHUAA Capital. Mr. Kelly graduated with a BA degree in accountancy and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Mr. Kelly has held several senior management positions at Pershing Europe, Bank of New York and RBS Trust Bank.

Mr. Deards is the Chief Financial Officer of SHUAA Capital. Before joining SHUAA Mr. Deards was Group CFO at Alliance Trust, a UK based FTSE 100 investment company. During his time at Alliance Trust, Mr. Deards was instrumental in developing the strategy for the growth of its investment business and financial services subsidiaries. Prior to joining Alliance Trust, Mr. Deards held various senior positions at Ansbacher & Co. across Product Development, Group M&A, Banking and Corporate Finance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young.
