Dr. Saleh Alhashemi


Dr. Al Hashemi has a wealth of experience from working in senior leadership positions across businesses, government, and academia. Most recently, he was Executive Director of Infrastructure and Environment at the General Secretariat of Abu Dhabi’s Executive Council. Dr. Al Hashemi holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University in the United States.

Mustafa Kheriba is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Group Head of Asset & Wealth Management of Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG).

Mustafa manages the investment activities and business development aspects of ADFG and its subsidiary companies. He also oversees deal origination, fund raising activities and directly manages key investments for the Group. He currently serves as Executive Director of Northacre Plc. Furthermore, he serves on the board of Khaleeji Commercial Bank (B.S.C.), Gulf Finance House (B.S.C.), Reem Finance (PrJSC), SALAMA Islamic Arab Insurance Company (PJSC) and ADCorp Ltd.

Mustafa previously held senior posts in financial services and investment companies in the GCC, USA and Canada. He has been named among the top 50 MENA Fund Managers in the annual survey conducted by MENA FM Magazine. Mustafa holds a BA from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Fawad Tariq-Khan


Fawad heads the investment banking group at ADFG with responsibility for its advisory, capital markets and credit business lines.

He also serves on the Board of Directors of Northacre, a leading developer of high-end residential schemes in London, Khaleeji Commercial Bank, a publicly listed Islamic bank and NCM, a global FX and commodities platform.

He joined ADFG in 2014, initially heading up its debt platform and subsequently focused on devising and implementing alternative investment strategies across multiple asset classes. He most recently served as CEO of publicly-listed SHUAA Capital which merged with ADFG in 2019.

Fawad started his career with Deloitte based out of London before joining the Dubai office where he helped set up its Middle East debt advisory practice. He has executed high profile M&A and debt transactions on behalf of major international institutions across Europe, Asia and the Middle East region.

He holds an MSc in Business Studies from UCD Smurfit Business School and a BSc in Computer Science from University College Cork and also served with the Irish Reserve Defence Forces in the military police.
